You will need to top-up your balance from time to time in order to continue sending messages. You can also set alerts to notify you when your account reaches a certain level, as well as setting up automated top-ups to prevent you from running out of credit.
Please note - if you create a new account in the web portal, you must verify your email before the top-up function is made available to you.
Topping up your account
The “Top Up” button always sits at the top of the page, no matter what screen you are currently viewing.
Click the Top Up button to start:
First, add the amount by which you would like to top up your account. The credit calculator will give you a dollar value based on the credit volume entered. On the right, you will also see the pricing tiers:
The first time you top up, you will need to add a payment method in the form of a credit or debit card. Enter the card details and click “Add Card”:
Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Top Up"
Setting a Balance Notification during top-up
You can set up an alert to notify you when your balance drops to a nominated amount. Do this by ticking the “Send a balance notification” and enter the amount at which you want to receive the notification:
When your balance drops to this amount, you will now receive an email alerting you to the fact and inviting you to top-up your account
Setting an Automatic Top-up during top-up
You can set up an automatic top-up so that you don’t get caught out by running out of credit when you need it most.
To do this, click the tick-box next to “Automatic top-up”:
Editing your Balance Notification and Automatic Top-up
You can alter your settings any time by clicking on “Account” in the left-hand menu, and then “Billing”, then just click “Edit” in the top right of the “Subscription Details” box to edit or set up a balance notification or automatic top-up, or the "Billing Information" Box to update your contact information for billing:

In the Subscription Details section, click on Edit next to Balance Notification:
In the resulting pop-up, enter a new credit threshold to trigger the notification, and then click Configure:
You can also use this option to switch off the notification.

In the Subscription Detail section, click on edit next to Automatic Top Up:
In the resulting pop-up, enter a credit threshold to trigger the top-up, and then click Configure:
You can also use this option to switch off the automatic top-up.
