Can I check messages sent to a specific mobile number?
Yes. Here's how:
- Go to Reports > Detailed Reports
- Insert the full internationally formatted number in the number field (use the country dropdown if you need to change the country)
- Click Apply
Any messages to and from that number will be displayed in the log tables. If you can't find the data you are looking for don't forget to check the date range.
How do I download a report of my message logs?
You can export a log report of messages sent and received by completing the following steps:
- Go to Reports > Detailed Reports
- Select the relevant date range by clicking on the start & end dates
- Click on the “Email Report” button - this will only appear if there is data available for the date range specified
- Insert up to 5 email addresses. Click enter after each email address to validate. If an email address is deemed incorrect, it will be denoted by a red background and you have the ability to remove and retype the email address. The Add my email button will insert the email address of the current user profile
Click Email Report. Outbound and inbound logs are generated separately so if you have data in each table you will receive two separate emails with a CSV file in each

What is the difference between outbound messages and units used?
When viewing reports we display both outbound messages and units used:
Outbound Messages
The number of messages which have been sent within the specified date range.Units Used
The number of message parts that have sent within the specified date range. One message can be made up of multiple message parts when a message exceeds 160 characters (GSM charset). So a message of 161 characters will equate to 2 units. For multipart messages, the units are then calculated in blocks of 153 to allow for concatenation (so the message is displayed as one long message on the recipient's handset)If you include any non-GSM character in your message the character limit is reduced to 70 for the first message and blocks of 67 for multipart messages.
