How to view Inbound Messages

Whenever a recipient responds to a message, it will be captured in the Web Portal in a list-view so you can more easily manage your interactions. Inbound messages are visible for up to 90 days.

Go to Messaging and then Received 

You will then see a list of all inbound messages, listed newest to oldest. To send a quick reply to a message, just click on the "quick reply" button to the right of the message:
